In this test, a typical calcium ion concentration profile of a human excitation propagation model is given to the continuum. The length of continuum is fixed in its natural length. The time course of the contractile force F per unit cross sectional area is given. Note that the calcium ion concentration is not equal to zero even in the relaxing phase. Thus the muscle may not relax well if one does not include cooperativity to the numerical model. From the Simulation Results link, you can plot the calcium ion concentration and the contractile force.
